Yes it is from Heathen and that album was released in 2002. Along with Slow Burn some of the stand-out songs are Slip Away, Everyone Says Hi and a cover of the Pixies song Cactus that blows me away. I saw Bowie on the tour for that album and he sounded as good as ever.
